Product Variations & Handmade Nature

All Morena Melts products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Because of this, you may notice slight variations in texture, color, or consistency. These changes are part of what makes each melt unique and are not considered defects.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal and perishable nature of our skincare products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please email us at morenamelts@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the U.S. using USPS or UPS.

• Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipping.
• Transit Time: Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Warm Weather Advisory: Our products may soften or melt in high temperatures. We recommend bringing your package indoors promptly and refrigerating items if needed.
• Lost or Delayed Packages: Once shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. For tracking issues, please contact the carrier directly.
